The top of the world and back in 50 minutes

Up at 4.30am this morning to be picked up at 5.15am. A swift taxi ride through the centre of town to the airport. A quick pat down and a squeeze of the buttocks and we were through the security check at departures and put on a bus to the aircraft at the pleasure of Buddhaair. Up up and away across the city of Kathmandu, heading towards the Himalyan range for a birds eye view of mount Sagarmatha (a.k.a. Everest) peaking at 8848m (29028Ft) dressed in snow, spiralling through the clouds and surrounded my miles and miles of mountains and valleys. Agreat experience, $130 each lighter, and as close as we will everget to the top of the world.
