Well defined or hard to find!

McGill's abs are a bit like the legendary yeti, in that neither of them exist as much as he might like them too. So he thinks he's becoming well defined, but those abs are pretty hard to find - unless you cut through three or four inches of lard belly - who knows, they might be in there somewhere (and maybe the abominable snowman will hitch a lift off us tomorrow!)

Had a bit of a chill out day today after the flight to Everest.  It was interesting to see Kathmandu's International Airport. I think the toilets give you an idea of how good the place is, and its pretty much the same standard throughout the city - the culture and the people are interesting, but it is a dump!

The other thing to say about McGill is about his man-products - he bloody loved getting oiled up by the barber, and he has a rucksack full of clinique slap for the long hard drives between beauty parlours!
