We're in India!
Landed at Delhi a short while ago. Think its early hours in the UK but its about five hours ahead here (not actually sure of anything cos all of our brains are mush with the jet lag!). We have another flight to Bagdogra to catch and had to get from the International terminal to the Domestic one. First taxi said it was 500 rupees but we went to another one who charged us 200 - think we're going to have to get used to that sort of thing. The taxi driver drove at 80 kmh the whole way, and just kept the horn going constantly, weaving in and out of traffic! At one point we passed an autorickshaw and realised they are tiny and go very slowly, and look very vulnerable in busy traffic - oh god! Then we went round another corner and there were half a dozen cows standing in the middle of the road - the taxi driver just swerved round them as well and didn't slow down at all! Now we have another couple of hours til the next flight - we're all ready for a shower and bed, but think it might be tomorrow before we get to Gangtok.
